TFP’s Founder Jerry Collin, a Chartered Surveyor, established the real estate division within a prominent global Search firm in 1997. This accomplished team played a pivotal role in establishing multiple U.S. Private Equity firms in Europe, at that time exploring investment opportunities in distressed loan portfolios and assets. Many of these firms have since become renowned entities within the industry.
This foundational work served as the cornerstone for The Frome Partnership, which was set up in 2003 as a specialized Executive Search Consultancy serving the Western European Real Estate Community, Operators, Private Equity entities, and the Investment Management community.
Today, TFP stands at the epicentre of a pan-European talent pool, collaborating closely with capital partners, fund managers, and specialized operating partners, uniting like-minded professionals to help create the next generation of real estate enterprises.
